Controller and contact details
NATURÈ S.R.L. · Via de Gemmis 52, 70124 Bari (BA) · P. IVA / C.F. 08723680727 · REA BA-645717 · PEC: nature_srl@pec.it · info@natureconlaccento.it. Privacy contact: Deborah Quistelli. The restaurant’s business address is Via Nicola de Gemmis 52/52A, Bari.
Browsing and security
Netlify hosts the website and provides the functions used by the Events form. IP addresses, browser information and page requests may be processed to deliver and protect the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in website security and continuity, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Event enquiries
The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, event type and date, number of guests, message and language. A request identifier and technical timestamps help validate submissions and prevent duplicates. Do not include health data or unnecessary sensitive or third-party information.
We use these details to respond and prepare a possible proposal, based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required fields are needed to use the form; other contact channels remain available. Submitting does not subscribe you to a newsletter or confirm a booking.
Netlify validates the request; Resend sends a notification to Naturè’s mailbox, managed through Google Workspace. No automatic email is sent to the customer and there is no dedicated customer database. The form confirmation means acceptance by the sending service, not final email delivery.
Who can access your data
Restaurant staff handle enquiries. Appointed collaborators and providers may access data within their assigned tasks. An external consultant may assist with the website, digital channels and customer replies on behalf of Naturè. This support does not authorise newsletters, profiling or campaigns targeting enquirers.
Services include Netlify for hosting and functions, Resend for email delivery, Google Workspace for email and Cookiebot for cookie preferences. The contractual role in each relationship is distinct from the service’s technical function. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Ordinary enquiries about events, availability and quotations are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last relevant communication with the customer. Naturè, coordinated by Deborah Quistelli, reviews them monthly and manually deletes unnecessary messages from the copies it can manage in Google Workspace. Deletion is not automated.
Contracts, invoices, confirmed bookings and events, and documents needed for legal obligations or disputes are managed separately for periods justified by their purposes. Deleting email managed by Naturè does not automatically delete providers’ logs or backups. Their technical retention periods and deletion arrangements remain subject to specific verification.
Cookies and external services
With your consent to Statistics (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to analyse page visits, language and traffic sources. Browser identifiers, technical information and browsing data are processed and disclosed to Google to provide the service. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages from the Events form to analytics tools. For processing outside the EEA, see the relevant section. Cookiebot manages your choices. We do not load GA4 without Statistics consent; Marketing consent alone does not authorise it. Meta Pixel is used only with Marketing consent, separate from Statistics. Google Ads remains disabled. You can refuse or withdraw consent through cookie preferences: withdrawal stops new transmissions and may reload the page, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Menus, bookings, Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram are external links. Opening them takes you to services with their own privacy information. Website fonts and images are served locally.
With Statistics consent, we also measure clicks on Menu, Book, phone, WhatsApp and directions, visits to the Events page, form starts, technical errors and successful enquiry submissions. A click to an external service does not prove a booking or purchase. Approved campaign codes help associate these actions with a traffic source; they do not personally identify the visitor.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Resend states that processing takes place in the United States. The Netlify and Resend DPAs reviewed provide contractual transfer mechanisms; their applicability to individual relationships and other services’ safeguards still require specific confirmation. Exclusive EEA storage and definitive verification of all transfers are therefore not established. For information about safeguards and obtaining a copy, contact info@natureconlaccento.it.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions and limits, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, by contacting info@natureconlaccento.it. We normally respond within one month, subject to the extensions under Article 12 GDPR; identity checks are proportionate.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing, and reopen cookie preferences in the footer. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. The website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Meta Pixel and advertising measurement
With your Marketing consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the Meta Pixel sends Meta page views (PageView), clicks to the booking service (ClickBooking) and Events enquiries accepted by the sending service (Lead), to measure actions associated with Facebook and Instagram campaigns. ClickBooking does not confirm a reservation; Lead does not establish a booked event or a commercially qualified enquiry. Your browser transmits cookie identifiers, URLs, referrers and technical information. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form messages; this does not make Pixel identifiers and metadata anonymous. We do not use Advanced Matching, Conversions API or automatic collection of form fields. Statistics consent alone does not authorise Meta. You can refuse or withdraw Marketing consent through cookie preferences.
For the collection and transmission of Pixel data, Meta’s terms provide for joint controllership with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; Meta’s subsequent processing is separate. Naturè provides information about the Pixel and obtains consent; Meta handles rights concerning data stored in its systems after transmission under its controller addendum. You may also contact Naturè at info@natureconlaccento.it. Details and rights in relation to Meta are explained at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Public terms alone do not establish the contract version applicable to the account or safeguards for every transfer outside the EEA.
